Below are the simple steps to getting started with us. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Step 1

Download our FREE Client Intake Forms here.

Once you have downloaded the form, have your next bankruptcy client complete them. Our Client Intake Forms have been proven in hundreds of bankruptcy law practices nationwide, and can be personalized with your law firm’s contact information. (To have custom forms made please contact us.)

Step 2

Once the client has completed the Client Intake Forms, and you have reviewed them for missing information, forward them to our office along with the:

  • credit counseling certificate for each debtor
  • last full six months of pay stubs or proof of income for each debtor.

You may email everything to us at info@YourLegalMeans.com or fax to (855) 956-3267.

Step 3

One of our virtual bankruptcy assistants will contact you to confirm receipt of the information, and may briefly review the case before drafting the bankruptcy petition.  If a fee has not already been established then it will be set at that time.

Once the petition has been drafted, it will be delivered to you via email in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. After you have reviewed it, any requested changes will be made.

When you have approved the bankruptcy petition, you can electronically file the case with the courts.  If you prefer, we can file it for you and send a copy to your client as well.

We do not require payment in full until after you have approved the bankruptcy petition we have prepared. Once you give us a try, you will be amazed at the time and cost savings benefits for your law firm!

You have our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If our work is not satisfactory, we will make it right!*
